FOOD NOTICE: Do you have a special dietary food requirement, such as vegatarian, kosher, no-sugar. If you are purchasing a banquet please let Matt Moyer know immediately upon registering. We may not be able to cater to everyone's needs, but we will try to accomidate the best we can. We must know in advance to ensure the chef staff clearly understands our requirements.

A Note about Credit Cards and PayPal: If you desire to pay via Credit Card it is not required that you have a PayPal account.
