PROGRAMMING INFORMATION AND SCHEDULES
The schedule below is a UN-confirmed version of our Summit schedule as of this current time. The purpose of this page is to present a general overview of the weekend's activities, and is subject to much change until we get closer to the event. There are a few changes you will notice from the "traditional" schedule here. We hope these improvements will be enjoyable to all, and provide a better Summit experience. Check back occassionally to see changes.

Thursday, May 12th

5:00pm – White Board at Registration area available for early arrivals to post their room or other information if they desire to connect with other folks arriving early.
5:00pm to 7:00pm - Early Arrival Registration Open (closing sharply at 7 due to dinner)
7:00ish - Potential group dinner outing (just hey we’re going to X whoever wants to come, cool beans)

Friday, May 13th

5:00pm to 10:00pm – Registration Table Open
5:00pm to 10:00pm – Silent Action Viewing Open
4:30pm to 7:00pm - Video Program - 1st Set
7:00pm to 7:30pm – Opening Ceremonies
7:30pm to midnight - Video Program - 2nd Set
7:30pm - Random Impromptu Meet and Greets (Greet old friends, meet new ones) all at the delicious
"DEATH BY CHOCOLATE" Party Hosted by the USS Pelieu and Friends runs 'till the yummy runs out.

Saturday, May 14th

8:30am(ish) to noon – Registration Open
9:15am to 11:00am – General Session & Awards Ceremony
11:00am to 11:30am - Captain's Call
11:30am to 1:00pm – Lunch Break (Free Hotdogs/Hamburgers Poolside - Served by the Brass)
12:15pm to 1:00pm – Annual R1 Great Duck Race
1:00pm to 4:00pm – Various Panels / Gaming / etc (Exact list will appear in the program)
1:00pm to 3:00pm – Marine Muster
11:30am to 5pm – Silent Auction (bidding starts after GS, preview Friday Night)
4:00pm to 5:00pm – Tug-o-war
4:00pm to 5:00pm – Captain’s Quest (CO’s & XO’s)
6:00pm to 7:30pm – The Banquet
7:30pm to 7:45pm – Dearest Blood Memorial 7:45pm to 9:00pm – Benefit Auction
9:00pm to ??? – Dance Party, and Evening Gaming
9:30pm - Costume Contest

Sunday, May 15th

9am to 9:45am – Non-Denominational Service
10:30am to noon – 2nd General Session and Closing Ceremonies (Some additional awards and perhaps some promotions)
TBA - Post Event Group Run to Food Perhaps

Other non time specific:
Scavenger hunt(s) – Run until 5pm on Saturday
